Most stagers arrive for a day or two and leave. Our engagements run months.
We start long before the sign goes in the yard, with a plan for the whole property: what to repair, what to update, what to sell, what to keep, and how it all comes together the week the photographer arrives. We handle the contractors. We handle the contents. We handle the parts nobody warned you about.
And when it sells, we are still here, whether that means caring for the home while it sits empty or helping the new owners make it theirs.
